Jesus said, "Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of God belongs to such as these." -Matthew 19:14

Sprouts

This class for young toddlers (12-20 months as of September 30) focuses on introducing social interactions, developing gross motor skills, and learning through play. Children will be able to gain experiences through unstructured center exploration, group activities, engaging songs and stories, and building meaningful relationships with teachers and other children. Our curriculum is centered around stories from the Bible and begins a basic introduction to God. The three main themes of our classes are God made me, God loves me, and God has a plan for me.

Seedlings

This class for older toddlers (21-30 months as of September 30) focuses on developing social and emotional skills, encouraging gross motor and beginning fine motor skills, and learning through play.

Pray with us!

Both classes pray as part of our daily routine to encourage children to begin a relationship with the Lord.

To begin our day, we pray: "Thank you, God, for giving us this day. Help us to be like Jesus in all we think, do, and say. Amen."

Before we eat, we pray: "Thank you for the world so sweet. Thank you for the food we eat. Thank you for the birds that sing. Thank you, God, for everything! Amen."

and follow the WJCC Public School calendar during the school year.

HOW DO I FIND OUT ABOUT CLOSINGS AND DELAYS?

We follow the WJCC Public School calendar during the school year.

We have a text alert system for closings and delays.

If you want to receive alerts, text your class code to 81010.  Class codes are:

  • SPROUTS:         @KK879D

WHAT IF MY CHILD HAS NEVER BEEN IN A GROUP CARE SETTING BEFORE?

No problem! Our teachers work very hard to make each child comfortable in our space.

We help both children and parents through that transition to make this a fun and enjoyable time for both!

DO I HAVE TO COME EVERY DAY?

No! Parents choose a schedule that works for them. You can register for as many days as you would like!

DO YOU OFFER FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE?

We do offer partial scholarships!

Our hope is that any family that needs this service can participate in our program.

WHAT IS THE TEACHER TO CHILD RATIO?

At Kid's Morning Out, we maintain a 1:4 ratio.

We have 2 teachers per classroom, and no more than 8 students at a time.

We always have at least 2 teachers present.

WHAT WILL MY CHILD LEARN?

Our curriculum is based around the Bible.

Each week will have a theme that reflects a specific Biblical story.

Our goal is to teach three main ideas: God made me, God loves me, and God has a plan for me!

DO YOU HAVE A WAY FOR PARENTS & CAREGIVERS TO ENGAGE WITH EACH OTHER?

We have group called Parents Of Little Ones (POLOs) that meets monthly with the goal of connecting parents and caregivers of all walks of life in order to build a support system. It is open to the entire community, not just our KMO families.

parents of little ones

They say it takes a village to raise a child . . . and we believe that! Parents of Little Ones (POLOs) is a group that meets monthly to connect parents and caregivers in the community. Our goal is to create a support system that allows parents to chat, share ideas, offer suggestions, and build a proverbial "village." .

While POLOs is sponsored by the Kid's Morning Out team, it is open to the community. We hope to connect with parents from all walks of life and bring them together.
